Elden Ring Randomizer Hints v1.0.2

Important bugfix where exceptions were raised when Item and Enemy Randomizer options like `Unlock all craftable items in Crafting Kit from the start` would cause some items to not be randomized and not appear in the spoiler file. With this release Randomizer Hints should properly handle any expected items that are missing from the spoiler file and simply not attempt to make hints for them.

There are some other minor updates with this release:

• Added missing Claw Talisman to default Offense category
• Added some enemy drops to Missable Items that won't appear in expected places if enemies are randomized
• Fixed a bug where the Fog Gate Randomizer seed wasn't being displayed properly in the output.
• Minor text/grammar fixes.
